OUR PROGRAMS ARE TARGETED

EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT

OUR OBJECTIVES

Digitalization and ever-increasing market complexity call for an agile, flexible and innovation-focused mindset that is geared towards continuous learning.
Simple tried and tested answers are a thing of the past. Dealing with uncertainty, complexity and employee motivation requires new leadership skills. At the same time, leaders have less and less time at their disposal and their learning needs are becoming more and more individualized.
We want to work with our clients to develop target-oriented programs that motivate people and incorporate digitalized learning opportunities.

OUR APPROACH TO LEARNING

As coaching experts, we believe that successful leadership always starts with the person, the managers themselves. Our services are based on this approach: leading myself, leading direct teams, leading complex organizations.

1. LEADING MYSELF

The focus is on strengthening the person’s ability to develop themselves and their relationships with others. This includes emotional intelligence, self-awareness, social and emotional mindfulness and the ability to utilize these components. Our offering: one-on-one coaching and training sessions.

2. LEADING TEAMS

The focus is on methods and content that supports leaders in managing and guiding their team members. Participants will learn how to apply agile methods, how to deal with resistance in a constructive fashion and how to master the skills needed to take on crucial conversations. Our offering: team-coaching sessions and blended learning leadership programs.

3. LEADING COMPLEX ORGANIZATIONS

The focus is on the development of organizations and people. We focus on agile management, process optimization, strategy development and innovation mindsets. Our offering: workshops and organizational development programs.

“John Whitmore once said: ‘Building awareness and responsibility is the essence of good coaching.’ I believe that these aspects are also crucial for good leadership and iterative development processes.”
